The “Building an Innovative, Comprehensive and Multi-level Medication Therapy Management and Non-Medical Health Related Needs targeted Intervention Model” study is seeking a highly passionate Community Health Worker -certified individual interested in delivering Non-Medical Health Related Intervention for pregnant women with chronic hypertension or with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. The primary objective of the MH Rx study is to conduct a randomized study evaluating the feasibility and impact of Non-Medical Health Related Needs targeted interventions and Medication Therapy Management on blood pressure control among pregnant women with chronic hypertension or with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
