Job Title

This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until September 25, 2026. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be February 10, 2026, with weekly cut-off dates on Tuesdays going forward. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as-needed basis until positions are filled.

Major Duties

• Responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to assigned residents with oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants as appropriate to the setting.
• The nurse will assist in directing the provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization.
• Partners with the resident, family, and interdisciplinary team to promote effective and safe transitions across the health care continuum.
