Community Manager Position Overview:
Our Concord-based client is seeking a Community Manager for a long-term temporary assignment to oversee daily operations across tax credit housing communities. This individual will play a key role in ensuring property functionality, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience.
Property Operations:
+ Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned communities to ensure properties remain safe, clean, and fully operational
+ Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate closely with maintenance teams to address issues in a timely manner
+ Monitor overall property performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Compliance Management:
+ Ensure full compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements
