Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and cryptonative Community Manager to lead the development growth and daily engagement of our global communities with a strong focus on Telegram. You will manage multilingual community channels oversee a team of moderators and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition and loyalty across our Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and grow Bitunixs Telegram communities globally ensuring highquality discussions fast support and accurate information flow.
- Recruit onboard and manage a network of regional moderators; provide ongoing training KPIs and engagement frameworks.
- Monitor and maintain community health across Telegram Discord Twitter (X) Reddit and Web3 platforms (Galxe Zealy QuestN etc.).
- Plan and execute engaging campaigns: AMAs contests XP missions trading competitions and referral drives.
