Community Ministries Mission Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Mission Coordinator to enact innovative and creative solutions, that respond to immediate community needs within our Community Ministries programme of The Salvation Army. You will need a kete of diverse approaches to facilitate local social justice and outreach initiatives. Gifted with servant leadership skills.

Key tasks include

• Providing initial care and advocacy response to those in need
• Building community engagement with other local ministries and organisations.
• Coordinating and motivating helpers
• Opportunities for pastoral care and spiritual support
