Are you passionate about tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and making a real difference in communities? We’re looking for an experienced Community Safety Officer to join our dedicated team on a 12-month FTC, this is a newly created role following a period of growth within the organisation. This role is central to our ASB response, managing a varied caseload including the most complex and serious incidents, while providing vital support to customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Operating within a hybrid model (two days in the office and three days working from home), you’ll play a key role in delivering our ASB service, ensuring cases are handled promptly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ideally, you’ll bring previous experience in managing ASB cases within a housing context, along with a solid understanding of the legislation and tools available to resolve these issues.
