Title: Compensation and Benefits Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the recording, analyzing, and reporting. Role will assist with Shipboard related costs including crew travel, administration, and Global Travel Partners. Additionally, role will assist with recording Shore side General and Administrative costs.
• Position to be filled by highly motivated individual who is devoted to accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the company. Work will require persistent and effective follow-up. Individual will need to be detail oriented to always ensure accuracy of work.
• Participates in month-end financial close activities including analysis for journal entry preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
