Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care, first aid, and maintain employee health records
• Support company health programs and ensure clinic readiness
• Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate timekeeping records
• Validate leaves, absences, and other attendance-related concerns
• Coordinate with departments on attendance discrepancies
• Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing
• Assist in maintaining employee records and enforcing company policies

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse (with valid PRC license)

Experience

• At least 12 years of relevant experience
• Background in HR or timekeeping is an advantage
