Role Overview
Working within the Compliance team and reporting to a Senior Manager, the remit of the role is helping to ensure that all international company secretarial filings are prepared and filed on a timely basis and appropriate records are maintained for our GBS client portfolio. This covers our US client base who have either full subsidiaries, branches or permanent establishments overseas across 30+ different countries on a global basis.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with company secretarial tasks for an international client portfolio of US start‑ups.
- Updating and maintaining a database of client company records for all UK and international entities.
- Preparing and filing confirmation statements and annual returns.
- Processing changes to company information with local registrars, including organising correct signatures, notarisations, apostille and translations as required.
