Create and manage compensation frameworks, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and bonus programs, to attract, motivate, and retain high-performing talent. Lead the annual salary review cycle by conducting market studies, evaluating compensation data, and proposing appropriate salary adjustments. Supervise the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health coverage, wellness initiatives, and other benefit offerings.
