Compensation and Benefits Manager

Charterhouse is working with a privately owned Oil & Gas business based in Sharjah to manage the compensation and benefits function.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local salary surveys and job evaluations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for compensation and benefits.
  • Manage the annual salary and benefits review process.
  • Advise on strategic HR proposals presented to board members and senior management.
  • Support the development of annual budgets.
  • Train and coach HR team members on C & B policies.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team and travel to other Middle East offices as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within a medium-sized organisation.
  • Previous UAE work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HAY methodology.
