We are hiring a Compensation & Benefits Lead to support both Group-level and Singapore compensation & benefits initiatives .

• Drive Group C&B analysis and reporting , including preparing compensation proposals and board-level materials for approval
• Support Singapore C&B operations , including salary benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits administration
• Provide data-driven insights on compensation structures, market competitiveness, and cost optimisation
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure alignment of reward strategies with business objectives
• Mentor and guide a junior team member
