Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Review, design, and implement Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programmes, policies, and processes.
- Manage salary benchmarking, salary proposals, salary budgeting exercises, and incentive schemes administration.
- Oversee annual performance appraisal cycles and support compensation planning activities.
Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance
- Partner with HR Shared Services (BSC) to ensure accurate payroll processing, claims administration, and personnel data management.
- Manage payroll-related activities including CPF, statutory claims, tax clearance, final settlements, overtime, AWS, and incentive payments.
- Maintain HR systems (SAP, Prosoft) and ensure data accuracy for employee lifecycle changes.
