Your responsibilities:
Introduce and govern European Compensation & Benefits standards to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability across countriesEnhance performance-oriented reward mechanisms and related processes (STI, merit increase)Develop a job architecture and introduce a group-wide grading approach as the basis for transparent compensation structures, career paths and internal equityConduct analyses and market benchmarking to support compensation decisions and ensure internal pay equityProvide expert guidance to national Heads of People &Culture on complex compensation topics<...
