Role Responsibilities Apply compensation, benefits, and job analysis expertise to train and refine AI models using real-world HR scenarios. Administer and evaluate employee benefit programs, collaborating with insurance brokers and plan providers. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including reporting and regulatory requirements. Research and analyze compensation and benefits practices to recommend data-driven improvements. Develop structured training materials and guidance for both employees and AI systems.
