We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Compensation & Benefits Manager / Specialist to support the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent in a fast‑paced technology environment. This role will play a key part in developing and maintaining competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, performance management processes, and HR initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, review, and implementation of compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures, job grading frameworks, salary bands, and incentive schemes.
- Manage and administer the annual performance review cycle and KPI‑setting process, ensuring alignment between individual performance and reward outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on performance management, KPI development, and compensation‑related matters.
