Responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and policies that align with organizational goals and market standards.
• Conduct market intelligence through benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness within industry standards.
• Conduct job evaluations to assess job positions and appropriate compensation levels.
• Partner with Corporate HR Compensation and Benefits (C&B) to implement global frameworks, programs, and processes in Malaysia.
