KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and incentive programs aligned with market trends and business goals.

• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

• Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, gratuity, PF, bonuses, and wellness initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.

• Analyze compensation data and generate reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making.
