- Project manage the global annual compensation review, including setup and management of the Workday Advanced Compensation module.
- Lead and support various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution, including job architecture, compensation analysis (base salary and annual short‑term incentive), creation of salary structure, job title harmonisation and reorganisations.
- Support the VP Compensation in managing Executive Compensation, including benchmarking, compensation reviews, and LTI scheme administration.
