About the Role
The Compensation Manager, Latin America serves as the key link between the global Compensation Center of Expertise and regional HR teams. This role is responsible for implementing global compensation frameworks across Latin America while managing region‐specific compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
This role partners closely with Global Total Rewards team, HR Business Partners, regional leadership, and payroll teams to deliver high‐quality compensation solutions that support business strategy and talent needs.
