About the role

We are seeking an experienced Female Complex Care Assistant / Healthcare Assistant (HCA) / Support Worker / Carer to provide 1:1 overnight care for a young child with complex clinical needs in their family home. The role involves supporting the child's respiratory needs including BiPAP, epilepsy management, PEG feeding, and medication administration. You will receive ongoing clinical training, competency refreshers and continuous support.

Location & Pay

St Austell, Cornwall (PL25 area, Family Home, Community-Based Care)

Pay: £15.23 per hour (Sunday night) £14.70 per hour (Saturday night) £14.70 per hour (Mon‑Fri night)

Shifts: Waking Nights | 9:00pm–7:00am | Alternative rota – 3 WN's week one / 2 WN's week two

Holiday: 28 days paid annual leave
