The CL/CIC is responsible for ensuring that all safety and service duties and procedures are carried out by cabin crew under his/her charge during the flight. The CL/CIC is also responsible to the Commander for the supervision of cabin crew and the conduct of in-flight service. The fundamental responsibility of the CL/CIC is to contribute positively towards continuous improvement of performance and reputation of Scoot. The CL/CIC is accountable for providing leadership, support and performance management of cabin crew, to increase passengers' loyalty and establish a reputation and image of Scoot cabin crew as a distinct advantage.
