Job Description

We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Auckland or Wellington. This role plays a key part in supporting the compliance team by coordinating administrative activities, contractor management, and compliance reporting to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Compliance Team Leader, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to support compliance operations and maintain accurate system records.   • Manage PPM reviews and job creation, including contractor allocation and job sign-off within BGIS and client systems
