Compliance Manager
to join a global asset management firm and oversee compliance activities for its Singapore entity. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the compliance framework in line with local regulations and global standards. Act as the primary liaison with regulators and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings. Monitor and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks. Provide advisory support to business teams on regulatory developments and compliance matters. Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and training to promote a strong compliance culture. Collaborate with global compliance teams to align regional practices with corporate standards.
