This is a hands-on Compliance Manager role with a strong consumer credit focus, supporting a well-regarded financial services business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business across consumer credit compliance, incident assessment, reportable situations, marketing/customer communications review, regulatory change and senior management reporting.
This role requires strong, hands-on experience with the NCCP Act / National Credit Act. You’ll need to be confident assessing compliance incidents, determining breach significance, and forming clear recommendations on whether matters are reportable.
