We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team and play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements from the BSP, AMLC, and NPC while supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.  

✔ Monitor and interpret regulatory issuances from the BSP, AMLC, and NPC

✔ Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports

✔ Support BSP examinations and regulatory inquiries

✔ Oversee AML/CTF compliance activities, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and reporting obligations

✔ Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and gap assessments

✔ Assist in strengthening the company’s compliance framework and internal controls
