Job Purpose The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the College complies with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality assurance standards. This role supports EduTrust certification, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of academic and operational processes to safeguard student interests and institutional integrity.
Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & EduTrust Management - Ensure compliance with EduTrust requirements, SSG regulations, and relevant statutory authorities (e.g., ICA, PDPC, MOM).
- Maintain and update Policies, and Policy and Operation Manual (POMs).
- Monitor compliance with Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), Student Contracts, attendance requirements, and student records.
- Ensure all regulatory submissions, reporting, and documentation are accurate and timely.
