Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AIF Compliance professional with 4–5 years of relevant experience in Category I and Category II Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEBI regulations, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks. The role involves ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements while supporting the compliance and governance functions of the AIF business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations and other applicable regulatory guidelines
• Monitor day-to-day compliance activities for Category I and Category II AIFs
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures within prescribed timelines
• Maintain compliance calendars, statutory records, and regulatory documentation
