We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer – Complaints to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints, leading investigations, and driving continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complaints are thoroughly investigated, root causes identified, and sustainable corrective actions implemented. Alongside this, you’ll support the development and maintenance of quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
