Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and DPDP Act compliance programs.
Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, and internal audits.
Develop policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, and certification bodies.
Drive projects independently from assessment to audit readiness.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Compliance, GRC, or Information Security Consulting.
Strong hands-on implementation experience in ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Working knowledge of GDPR and DPDP Act requirements.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
