Position Overview

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory invites applications for a Computational Science Analyst with expertise in big image data to support the Brain Architecture Project in the Mitra lab. The role involves developing big‑data analytics and machine‑learning pipelines to map neural circuitry across thousands of brain volumes and to advance understanding of brain function. Candidates will work in a Linux environment, maintain a large storage and compute cluster, and collaborate on cutting‑edge neuroscience research.

Responsibilities
