1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of:
a. Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
b. Three (3) years of customer service experience
2. Job Description and Required Services:
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
• Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
• Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
• Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Have a keen attention to detail
