SHC Federal is seeking a highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst to provide Tier II support to federal agency end users. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Required:
· US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check and obtain DoD Secret clearance.
· High school diploma.
· Ability to work on-site in the Oklahoma City area.
· 6+ years of professional experience (or Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years of experience).
· Experience with Microsoft/Windows operating systems including the MS Office suite of applications.
· Experience resolving software and hardware issues on end-user devices.
· Experience documenting ticket resolutions.
· Strong professionalism skills with ability to work with high-level government individuals.
· Strong written (email, chat) and verbal (phone, in-person) communication skills.
