Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Infrastructure Management - Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, networks, virtualization platforms and IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud where applicable)
- Monitor system performance, availability and capacity to ensure services meet agreed service levels
- Perform ongoing monitoring of system logs, security alerts and performance metrics, and resolve technical issues proactively
- Participate in capacity planning, system upgrades, infrastructure refresh projects and disaster recovery testing
Security & Backup - Test, deploy and maintain security patches and updates for operating systems, servers, network devices and critical systems
