As the primary point of contact during night hours, you will ensure a seamless resident experience, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism, discretion, and warmth

Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, concerns, or requests

Operate the concierge desk, maintaining accurate records for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries

Receive, log, and securely manage parcels, mail, and dry cleaning
