Key responsibilities include: Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors Managing meeting room setup, checks and resets Supporting AV/VC and technical requirements Ensuring rooms are clean, prepared and compliant Handling customer queries and escalating issues when required Reporting maintenance and cleaning issues to the Helpdesk 2–3 years’ frontline hotel, concierge or customer service experience Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills Advantageous: Hospitality certificate or diploma Facilities or corporate environment experience
