Position Summary The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all concrete-related construction activities on assigned projects. This role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and production targets. The Concrete Superintendent provides leadership to field crews, manages subcontractors, and works closely with project management to maintain schedule and budget performance.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Execution

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all concrete operations including formwork, reinforcing steel, embedded items, shotcrete (where applicable), placement, finishing, and curing.

Develop and implement daily and weekly work plans aligned with the overall project schedule.

Oversee structural concrete works (foundations, slabs, walls, columns, suspended slabs, retaining structures, civil structures, etc.)....
