Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium Ability to lead a team of site staff Good interpersonal and communication skills Supervise and co-ordinate all maintenance, repairs and improvement works to the condominium Manage contracts and performance of service providers according to contractual requirements and/or government regulations Manage expenditure , budgets, financial records and vendor contracts Ensure compliance with Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA), relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all councils meetings & AGM.
