A volunteer to conduct arts and craft sessions for special needs students, focusing on creativity and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide the special needs individuals through step-by-step crafting processes.
• Address obstacles such as tantrums, meltdowns, and hyporesponsive as briefed by the centre coordinator.
• Provide choices and autonomy for participants to enhance engagement.
• Consider sensory experiences—offer opportunities to smell and touch materials.
• Use visual aids to help participants understand the session, with guidance from the activity coordinator.
• Plan and execute the arts & craft activities, selecting suitable tools and ensuring they are doable for students.
