The Asset and Configuration Analyst work closely with internal teams to ensure the implementation of NTTs configuration and asset management policy and standards. The primary responsibility of this position is to define and control the components of services and infrastructure and maintain accurate asset and configuration records. This position conducts presentations to educate and train users on the use of the asset and configuration process. 

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
