Senior Legal Counsel works in collaboration with the Retail Business Unit management and other McKesson Canada business leaders, including independently owned pharmacies across Canada, to ensure compliance with applicable local, provincial and federal laws and internal governance standards. This role focuses on mitigating legal risk and safeguarding the company’s assets and reputation, while providing timely and practical legal advice to support day‑to‑day retail operations, commercial agreements, store transactions and related real‑estate matters.
