Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our footprint in the South Florida luxury high-rise market. This high-energy role requires a strategic networker who can identify new project opportunities, build lasting relationships with developers and general contractors. Core Responsibilities Market Expansion: Identify and qualify new luxury high-rise projects in the South Florida pipeline through networking and lead generation. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with GCs, Developers, and MEP Consultants to ensure VIP is on every relevant bid list.
