Hays are partnering with a well-established building services and facilities management contractor to recruit a Group Buyer to join their team. This is a newly created role within a growing organisation, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of procurement and shape the function moving forward.

Your new role
You will take ownership of procurement across the group, managing supplier relationships, subcontractor agreements, and materials purchasing across multiple sites. You will lead the development and implementation of procurement strategy, introduce structured processes and controls, and drive cost efficiencies across an annual spend of approximately £40m.
