Job Description

This role supports data center design teams by developing high-level and project-specific construction cost estimates for new infrastructure designs. The estimator will evaluate drawings and design packages to determine expected construction costs across markets, using tools such as RSMeans and historical project data. They will support ad hoc estimating requests for new designs, design alternatives, and early‑stage feasibility assessments. The role helps establish cost comparability between design options where estimates are required but not yet reliable.
