Compensation and Benefits
BELFOR and BELFOR Franchise Group (BFG) offer competitive pay and a wide range of benefit options including, but not limited to, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, and paid time off. This position pays between $75,000 and $125,000 annually and has opportunities for both commission and additional compensation.

The General Estimator position is the fourth level in our Estimating track. This position will be responsible for creating and managing estimates and job in the residential, commercial, and industrial lines of business.
