**Description**

Perform interior and exterior demolition (removal of drywall, flooring, framing, fixtures, etc.)

Assist with job site prep and cleanup, including debris removal and hauling materials

Support carpenters with tasks such as:

Hanging and finishing drywall

Basic framing and blocking

Measuring and cutting materials

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Operate Forklift/Scissor Lift

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines

Work effectively as part of a team to meet project timelines

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

Previous construction, demolition, or labor experience preferred

Basic knowledge of carpentry or drywall work is a plus

Ability to use hand tools and power tools
