Job Summary

Support construction projects by reviewing Bills of Quantities and collaborating with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and clients to optimize workflows and assist with project tendering.

Responsibilities

• Review Bills of Quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness for ongoing construction projects
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and clients to coordinate project workflows and resolve issues
• Assist in preparing and managing tender documentation to support successful project bids
• Monitor progress of existing construction sites to identify and address workflow bottlenecks
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
