**Job Title: Field Technician**

**Job Description**

The Field Technician installs concrete wall systems at new construction sites, working with a crew to prepare materials, set walls, seal joints, and ensure a clean and safe work area. This role starts each day at the shop, involves travel with the crew to various job sites, and requires hands-on work in an outdoor construction environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Arrive at the shop each morning at approximately 5:30 a.m. to meet with the crew and prepare for the workday.
+ Assist with loading and organizing all tools, materials, and equipment needed for daily installation work.
+ Travel with the crew and foreman from the shop to assigned job sites, with travel time compensated.
+ Help prepare the installation area by moving, shoveling, and leveling materials as needed.
