**Responsibilities**

+ Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor in concrete and masonry construction projects.
+ Prepare surfaces for concrete application.
+ Shovel concrete into designated areas.
+ Maintain a clean job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing the site daily to eliminate hazards.
+ Handle and store materials efficiently.
+ Load and unload trucks, haul, and hoist materials.
+ Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper incident reporting.
