**Job Title: Construction Laborer**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on assembling floor and roof trusses from pre-cut materials according to detailed specifications in an indoor construction environment. You will work with hand and power tools, operate presses and nail guns, and handle finished products to support efficient, accurate, and safe production on the 2nd shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble cut lumber and components into floor and roof trusses according to work orders, production schedules, and specifications.
+ Read and interpret typed, handwritten, and on-screen work orders and production schedules to understand requirements and sequencing.
+ Pull and organize plates and other components needed for each truss assembly.
+ Set up and operate presses, nail guns, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
